jenny at the restaurant greeted me daily for breakfast. she asked if i needed anything. i liked the restaurants proximity to the mall with plenty of food choices.
my bathroom drain had a bad smell . i mentioned it, but they did not offer another room. the cleaning was done superficially it seemed. i noticed that the room had no shower gel upon arrival.

the rooms are big and cleaned daily, thankful for the service. mall of emirates are close. i found some good restaurant near too. i appreciate the hotel.
the bathroom DRAIN had an unpleasant smell . i told the staff, but they didn't offer another room. the cleaning felt superficial.

the rooftop swimming pool offered a very warm water and a bar. my room included coffee and tea supplies, replenished daily. mashreq metro station was around a seven minute walk, very convenient.
some days, housekeeping forgot to leave clean towels.
